Hadar Muchtar

Hadar Muchtar (in Hebrew: הדר מוכתר) Hadar Muchtar is an Israeli political activist, social media personality, and founder of the Fiery Youth movement who leads the Likud youth campaign division.

Hadar Muchtar, born Hadar Manor on October 16, 2001, in Kiryat Ono, is an Israeli political activist and digital media personality. She completed her secondary education in Israel, served in the Israel Defense Forces within Unit 8200, and went on to study computer science at the University of Haifa between 2019 and 2022 before pursuing advanced academic coursework in technology and data science.

Muchtar rose to national prominence in mid-2022 by leveraging short-form video content on TikTok, Instagram, and X to mobilize youth sentiment around the rising cost of living, housing shortages, and economic stagnation for younger generations. In response to these socioeconomic challenges, she established the "Fiery Youth" (Tzeirim Boarim) party ahead of the November 2022 legislative elections for the 25th Knesset, drawing significant domestic and international media attention through high-profile rallies and unconventional campaign demonstrations.

Although Muchtar was 20 years old during the 2022 campaign and therefore below the minimum age requirement of 21 to serve as a member of Knesset, she served as the primary spokesperson and public face of the Fiery Youth party. The list secured approximately 8,700 votes nationwide, falling short of the 3.25 percent electoral threshold, but establishing Muchtar as a recognizable voice in Israeli political discourse and digital campaigning.

Following the 2022 elections, Muchtar maintained an active presence in public demonstrations and political commentary across digital channels. In June 2024, she officially joined the Likud party, organizing a network of young activists within the party framework. Ahead of the Likud primary elections, she sought a party seniority waiver to contest the slot reserved for new women candidates on the electoral list, though the waiver was ultimately not granted by the party authorities.

In 2026, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appointed Muchtar as the director of the Likud youth campaign division. In this capacity, she oversees digital outreach, youth engagement strategies, and grassroots events targeting younger voters across Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, and peripheral communities leading up to the national elections.
